What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
When you book a call, the booking page collects your name and email address so Kenny can confirm the time and send you a video link.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of you as you read.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, schedule your call, and coach you if you decide to work together. Kenny reads every message himself.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Where it is kept
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives contact form messages and passes them to Kenny by email. Email and scheduling run on Google Workspace. Both companies keep data secure under their own privacy policies. No one outside Soteria Coaching reads your messages.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email kenny@soteriacoaching.com and it will be taken care of.
